They set up the screens, humoured me by moving them around, and did everything they could to make sure that I was happy with the results - which I certainly am. Being in the customer service side of this office, I appreciate good service when I get it."

The requirements were stringent, with tight deadlines and no room for error. For those reasons, the demand was great for people that understood the ramifications and would be able to meet the expectations.

This is the first time our department has rented such large quantities - approximately 180 offices on 2 floors. The fact that we required delivery in four weeks and only had available two weekends for installation was also a major challenge.
Your firm's positive response 'CAN DO' and your personal attention ensured the offices were set up for business on schedule. We would consider using your firm in future for any rental office furniture requirements."

Namely, Barry, Cesar, Oscar and Al. We had a few set backs due to a problem with trucks not fitting into the loading dock which meant off-loading in the street. Also the moving crew, which were here at the same time, had the same problem which meant their staff and yours criss-crossing to gain access to the elevators.
Throughout this whole evening, your staff were very helpful, polite and extremely patient, even though they were here into the wee hours of the morning.
I would also like to thank you for the quick response to our request for rental furniture on virtually no advance notice.

We really appreciated Dominion Furniture Rental's fast and courteous service. As we grew we knew we could call up and ask for another 5 desks, or a meeting table, or chairs, and have them almost instantly. And the chairs were even comfortable!
I am asking our Finance Department to tell the buyers at SHSS about Dominion, so that if they have short term rental furniture needs, they will consider the company. Thanks again."
